Analog Echoes: Angel of Darkness for Xfer Serum 2 is a soundset with dual characters. The first part is focusing on the sounds and waveforms from the greek analog synthesizer, the Dreadbox Erebus. The other part being dedicated entirely to the Supersaw / Hypersaw waveform from the Virus TI synthesizer.

Named after the greek god of darkness, the Erebus is a synth with a lovingly dark and unique character. The Access Virus is perhaps the most legendary of modern synthesizers.

To bring out all possible angles of the Erebus and the Virus TI, the presets in the soundsets were designed with three distinct genres in mind: old analog vintage, modern edm & pop, and atmospheric ambient.

All the sounds also come in a special Low CPU variation, making sure anyone with an older computer will be able to use the sounds. In general terms, these sounds are using less unison, faster release envelopes, shorter reverbs and delays and less polyphony.
